From Vegetarian to Vegan (REVISED)

I previously wrote about turning vegan after 5 years of being vegetarian, and i said it sucks, but now that i've been vegan for a couple of months i should take that back. I said that maybe because it was very recent and adjusting to changes always is a bit difficult, changing your diet and now watching more what you eat, making sure everything you eat has no animal products on it it's kind of annoying. But now that time has passed and i being doing this for a little while, is not as bad as it seems. Change always brings new things to explore, to try and enjoy. When i was a meat eater i hated salads, nuts, some vegetables, vinegar, olives, etc etc, so many things that i refused to eat because i had my chicken and my meat and cheese that were so delicious, so why would i eat those things that taste weird if i can eat my "regular" food?? But being a vegan has made me enjoy more all the amazing and delicious things the earth give us, every thing i eat has such an amazing taste, even the little lettuce leaf, i enjoy every bit of it, the vegetables, chestnuts, OMG my favorite thing in the world, salads with just vinegar and olive oil salt and pepper, so delicious, you don't need all those greasy, creamy dressings you put on your salad, they take away all the taste of the vegetables, and add tons of calories and unnecessary things to your perfectly fine salad. Being vegan has opened my eyes to better things, all of a sudden is easier to not overeat, to maintain a healthy diet without an effort, is just what you normally eat. I just feel amazing and blessed that i had my eyes opened, that i can enjoy the best things in life without harming the most beautiful creatures in life, Animals!!!
